For both homes Lyndall was able to provide a quality Pest and Building that is automatically transferred into the purchasers name and ensured that both homes had construction certificates for the renovations. Both homes were presented and appeared just like the photos (one was tenanted and still clean and tidy). Lyndall was always helpful and communicated well throughout the buying process. I was able to secure the property prior to auction which was a preferred outcome for both seller and buyer.
