She then facilitated a private viewing for my architect prior to us committing to the deal. Additionally, she facilitated effective negotiation between us and the vendors with somewhat complex conditions around settlement and site access to complete the deal. These conditions creates significant value for us as buyers, whilst providing the vendors with a great price and certainty going forward. The whole deal, with us as buyers being interstate, 3rd party representative viewing, somewhat complex and unconventional purchase conditions and a great price for the vendor all sorted in the space of a week from initial approach to contract exchange.
