Tarra & Lyndall were super helpful in explaining the full process of selling, from explaining exact reasoning behind pricing, which selling options work best for the situation and then helped negotiate a good price for me on the pre-market. I felt pressure was kept low, all the stress of preparing for market was self inflicted! We dealt with Tahnee as the real estate agent for the vendor. We found her very professional and friendly. She worked hard to get an appointment for us to view the property on the Tuesday. We put an offer in that night by email. She left a message on Wednesday evening and we didn't get to actually speak to her until lunchtime on the Thursday, when she advised she would put the offer through to the vendor. We were reeady to exchange on Friday but it didn't happen until Monday. That was an anxious time we really couldn't fault her helpfulness and responsiveness.
