Lyndall worked hard for a very positive result.

The property my sisters and I listed with PRD Creswick had been our father's birthplace over 100 years ago and was valuable to us. However we were unsure of its appeal and sale value in general. Our agent Lyndall reassured us that the property was indeed saleable and commented that she enjoyed a challenge. There were some challenges regarding location and zoning but Lyndall remained positive, patient and persistent. Not only did she sell the property but achieved a great price for us. From the outset I trusted Lyndall to do the right thing by us and she did not let us down. We could not be happier with the work Lyndall did on our behalf.
