Lyndall assisted and me with the purchase of a family home in the Northern Beaches. I have bought and sold many properties over the years however, I’ve never had an agent offer to do research and assist with a market appraisal, on another house we were also viewing. As a rule, I generally steer away from properties that are going to auction.
