Lyndall is a star agent who helped get our property ready for sale and was always there for us to check on things at the house which was unoccupied during the sales process. It is fair to say we could not have prepared it properly without her involvement and this made a huge difference in terms of showing and gauging potential interest. We were personally at a disadvantage because of the significant difference in time zones but Lyndall always was prepared to take or make calls at odd out-of-working-time hours.
