Lyndon Kidd is a Brisbane local of 7 years, previously owning and operating his own Landscaping/Gardening business. From this experience of business ownership, Lyndon has realised his passion for people and the essential skills of communication and customer service. This dedication to his clients turned his single man operation into a team of four and Lyndon’s business was quickly thriving into something more than small operation. It was at this stage Lyndon made the decision to switch to real estate, as it had always been on his mind and he knew deep down that going long term on the landscaping business wasn’t his calling.
So in 2017 Lyndon approached Plum Property to see if they had any positions. Daniel Lee the principal had one chat with Lyndon and instantly said he could work for him as an assistant, as Daniel could see this was a man with real potential, and it wasn’t long before Lyndon was moved into a full time sales position.
