We were given a realistic valuation for our house; she organised for the garden to be done so it would present well, as well as little touch up repairs, replacing a blind etc which most agents don't bother with. The styling was great, it made a huge difference. Lynette went beyond just acting as an agent, she checked up on the property ensuring that the garden was watered and maintained while waiting for the listing. We were kept informed at every step.
