On a personal level, final clean-up and settlement were completed while I was in hospital. Lynette provided support to my wife far beyond professional requirement. I shall always be grateful. Lynette helped prepare the property for sale, her suggestions and contacts for work to be done were invaluable. She liaised with the tradespeople at the property saving me time and much effort. The property was listed for auction but I received a couple of offers within a couple of inspections that proved too good to pass up and I accepted the highest offer. Her communication and negotiation skills were outstanding, she is very knowledgeable in her field and I highly recommend Lynette to any prospective vendor. She is also very personable and a delight to deal with.
