Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we were unable to view the property in person prior to purchase so relied heavily on Lynley. Her communication and transparency throughout the negotiation/purchase process. Lynley's focus on making sure we were fully informed made us feel comfortable in buying "sight unseen". Further, as we were relocating from Melbourne, her willingness to go above and beyond to help us with the transition with everything from recommendations of childcare to offering to be available to take receipt of deliveries was greatly appreciated.
