We had been looking for a townhouse for ages. When we saw Lynn’s property online, we just knew it was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately for us, we missed the first open on Saturday. It was late on a Sunday afternoon when we sent her a text. To our surprise she responded straight away and organised a time to show us through first thing on Monday morning. We later found out she was with her family down in Byron Bay on her only day off. Not many agents would respond to a text so late on a Sunday afternoon. Before we knew it we were signing a contract for a price we felt would secure the property. As buyers we hate to admit it, but she managed to get a lot more out of us than we had intended on paying - way over the asking price. Also to her credit we’ve asked to view the property on a number of occasions before settlement. From her point of view, the deal is done and there’s nothing to be gained by showing us through. She could have easily said no and only allowed us the one pre settlement inspection. If you’re thinking about which agent to choose, you shouldn’t hesitate to give Lynn a call.
