Professional in communication between us buyers and her client the seller. Genial and easy to discuss our thoughts and concerns with the property. Able to smooth ruffled clients professionally. There are damp related issues on the property - we saw some during inspection. A lot more became apparent later when the rains started. But we expected it being an old house and do not think Lynn would have known about those unless her clients told her. The price at the end was about 40K higher than what we expected but we liked the house.
