I think Lynsey presents very well and clearly knows her market. We didn't get the volume we expected through the property as as such did not go to auction. So when an offer was made, it was the only one we received. As a result it was hard to fully test the market and get a fair assessment of whether the eventual sell price was good, bad or average. It was certainly lower than we expected when we decided to sell our house.
