At all times Lynsey Kemp kept me up to date with the open house inspection feedback, the results from her contacting interested parties and was available at all times to discuss the progress of the sale campaign. Rebecca and Lynsey where terrific. They answered all of our many questions and facilitated what was quite a fast process which is what we where after. A very professional team who are extremely approachable and dedicated to the task of selling keeping in mind the vendor's needs.

Lynsey and Rebecca were wonderful agents! Rebecca was proactive and showed initiative at the inspections. Lynsey also kept the communication flowing, was helpful and responded with empathy. Agent was very helpful, organised extra inspections etc She also made contact with us prior to property being on domain, as she felt it would be a good match for us. We were happy with our interraction with Lyndsey and Rebeccah but really it is more about them than Belle generally, as not all Belle agents are as helpful.

We found our experience with Lynsey Kemp and her team from Belle Balmain office to be very positive. From the outset Lynsey was very positive about the "sale at auction prospects" for our property. This did not eventuate and there was not one bid (other than the vendors bid) at the auction. Lynsey had expected there to be two to three bidders. Following the auction we went to market at the reserve - there was some talk of lowering the figure, and eventually the property sold to a couple, at the asking price, who had inspected 7 or 8 times, but did not attend the auction. We are please with the result.

We are both very happy with our sale result. Lynsey and the team at Belle property worked diligently finding a buyer. Lynsey was in regular contact with us giving us updates on enquires and offered suggestions on getting our house ready for market. Lynsey knows the Inner West property market like no one else.
