Last Saturday was a very relaxed morning for us as Belle Balmain had already sold our 3 bedroom apartment, and we had no need to face an auction in this unpredictable selling market. The property was a 'new building investment' we made 20 years ago, and with the help of Sabrina and Belle's team, new carpet laid, fresh coat of paint and a general overall freshen up to then have the property ready for styling. All this was achieved with minimum contribution by us given we were not in Sydney those two weeks. Our first contact was with Lindsey who gained our confidence immediately to act as our selling agent, and we appreciated her honesty about the difficulties of today's market and realistic about our expectations, however, she was very confident we would sell. Imagine our delight that the apartment was sold to a keen buyer after only 13 days, a buyer who was already on her books. Lindsey also kept us up to date throughout the whole process.
