As a prospective buyer flying up to Hervey Bay from Sydney I had noticed this property on line. It was viewed by a family member so made the flight up asap. Unfortunately on landing Mac texted me to tell me the house had a contract. I was disappointed but had a call from Mac to say the sale fell through and there was an open inspection so attended that and put a contract on the house that day. He returned phone calls and tried to guide us through the hole process!
