As a prospective buyer flying up to Hervey Bay from Sydney I had noticed this property on line. It was viewed by a family member so made the flight up asap. Unfortunately on landing Mac texted me to tell me the house had a contract. I was disappointed but had a call from Mac to say the sale fell through and there was an open inspection so attended that and put a contract on the house that day. Mac has been great in providing me with answers to any questions and would certainly recommend him to anybody in the market to buy or sell.
