All anyone wants, when dealing with a real estate agent, is for that person to be realistic and honest about the market, the saleability of your home and likelihood of it really selling for what it's actually worth in that market. That is Mac. No spiel, no games, just honest to goodness conversation. He treated my family with respect and not only sold their home quickly, he sold it for more than we thought was achievable.
