Having now bought 4 properties around the country, I must say I found Maclay the least.......favourite. Advertising a 2.5 (at best) bedroom as 3 was I believe, misleading. Giving contradicting advice on price post and during auction. Bit of attitude. Not able to answer all questions pertaining to a few queries relating to the property. It is what it is - he was doing a job and we bought a house. I would not however contact him or BW to sell any of our 4 properties in the future.
If it wasn't for Maclay and the team at Bresic Whitney I think we would still be hunting for houses, and continually loosing out in some way. Maclay was dedicated, massively hard working and managed to find us the perfect house and most importantly help us buy it! His team, in particular Emily Davidson have been a wonderful help after the sale in providing great trade contacts and access to the house to help us get it ready for when we move in.
