I researched and interviewed 3 different agents and selected Maclay based on his energy, enthusiasm and market knowledge. He demonstrated a passion for his work and and I felt he would achieve the best result for me and leave no stone unturned. Too often the behaviour you see in the agents 'sales process' of signing you up isn't matched on the other side but Maclay absolutely followed through with his commitments and achieved a wonderful outcome for me - him and his team were fantastic in helping me present my house at its best and following up on all leads and keeping me up-to-date on how the campaign was going. Maclay also presented a clear auction strategy to me on action day which played out exactly as he had hoped. I would have no hesitation in using Maclay again to sell future property and would highly recommend him and his team to others.
