Very slow in responding to queries despite numerous attempts of contacting her. We had to request an extension for the settlement (delayed the settlement) due to lack of cooperation from her end, we're unable to attain crucial information needed in order to be comfortable to settle. We're told that she's very busy. Confusion caused by her team due to not informing the Seller that the existing tenants of the property were leaving earlier. The Seller and the Seller's Solicitor were under the impression that the tenants would be there until the end of the lease. They were not aware that the tenants were leaving earlier. Unfortunately, I don't have any positive things to put in this review. I hope there are not many reviews like this. Also hope that this review will help her to be at least aware of what the Buyer experiencing when dealing with her if not to improve. All in all, it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. I'm so glad it's over now.
