Maddison was friendly and polite whenever she communicated with us, however, her knowledge of the property and the area was poor which lead us to believe she was either new to the area or new to the job. At times we waited days for a reply to our messages and questions. We feel that either the sellers were not being totally honest or Maddison was not disclosing all the details we asked about. A little disappointed with the negotiation process and the end result.

From the moment we met Maddison we knew she was the right professional for the job. Her customer service is exceptional, she has a ‘can do’ attitude and a warmth about her that makes you feel completely at ease. She went over and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. We are very grateful to Maddison and the Coronis Team for selling our home and making it a wonderful experience.
