She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the initial inspection describing the features of the house, the process of making the offer, the content of the contract of sale, process for making the initial deposit to the upcoming settlement. In addition, she was always available and quick to respond to enquiries and was touching based with me on progress regularly. This made the process a lot smoother given the consitent communication, particularly for the first time home buyer that I am. Maddison knows how to present and sale a product but most importantly make you see the value in it. She is a great and upfront negotiator (which in my experience saves me a lot of time from going back and forth with the vendors).
