Madelaine did a great job in selling our property. Had a calming effect during negotiations and her experience really shone through.

Madelaine put in plenty of hard work trying to sell my investment property. She navigated through an initial offer early in the listing period where the sale fell through due to the tenants not being willing to move out during their contractual lease agreement. They were obviously totally entitled to stay in the house which was a testing period for me personally but Madelaine did not give up and was able to bring an offer back to the table towards the end of the lease period which worked out well for the tenants, purchaser and most importantly me.
