Madeleine Hicks and her team of agents were very helpful and honest in there approach to selling our property. After using another local agent who was unsuccessful and seemed to give up on the first unsuccessful contract, wishing us to lower our price immediately. After exhausting our 90 day selling contract with them we decided to rent the property. We approached Madeleine and her team who helped us to achieve the right price for our property while being rented. We must add that the original agent who we started the rental with sold their rental profolio and lost our set of keys. We will now only use Madeleine Hicks Realty in our future real estate endeavors.
