Madeleine and her team were in charge of selling my (ageing) Mum's house. They were great agents in terms of "agent's work" but they truly went above and beyond their scope. Mum's house needed a bit of TLC so they arranged to get quotes for the work to be done and then made the arrangements. If Mum wasn't going to be home, they even offered to be there for the tradespeople when they arrived. Another time after an open house, Mum mentioned that she needed petrol but couldn't fill up during the open home because she went out leaving her purse in the house. So the agent then took Mum's car out and filled it up for her before he finished up for the day.
