We would happily recommend Madeleine to anyone wishing to sell their home. It took us about 5 years to finally list our house for sale, during that time if we asked Madeleine to come and chat about selling she would happily come over and see us without any pressure or exception... eventually we listed and settled in under 2 months (with Xmas in between). It was Madeleine’s knowledge of the area, market and her ability to draw a crowd at open homes and generate interest from the market that made her an obvious choice.
