Madeline followed up questions with the vendor and provided a link to all the documentation for the property. This property went to auction which was a virtual format - I spoke to Madeline via phone whist watching a live stream - this is Ray White Sherwood's format - not a reflection on Madeline. This is a poor experience IMO as you can't 'read the room' and understand who you are bidding against. Preference would be to run a standard auction onsite or in a room that can be attended by interested parties.
