Madi was an asset in assisting Julie sell our property. She seemed to be the "behind the scenes" member of the duo. Madi efficiently carried out her role and was a great "go to" person when there were questions re the sale. Madi has always been very friendly but not as professional as I would expect, particularly in terms of her communication. As first home buyers we were after guidance about the process but didn’t feel like we got this. In addition, Madi made verbal promises to us about allowing us to see the property before settlement but unfortunately didn’t follow through on this.
