Cathy and Madi Roche worked on selling our East Brisbane property that was a bit difficult considering it was a church but had residential zoning. With some keen buyers initially interested a quick sale looked promising however a Tolstoy novel ensued. Thankfully Cathy and Madi were persistent and it took a lot of patience and guidance with the successful buyer to complete the sale. In particular, it was very interesting to see how the buyer bonded with Cathy and used her as a conduit to communicate with us rather than going through solicitors. This created a positive communication channel and enabled us to make fully informed decisions through the sale process.
