We can’t thank Madonna enough for everything she did to help negotiate the sale of our property. It certainly was a roller coaster ride of emotions to say the least. The first time I talked to Madonna on the phone, I knew that she was the agent for us. She is very easy to talk to, has excellent communication skills and we appreciated how often she updated us with prospective buyers and their feedback about the house. She went “above & beyond” her responsibilities as an agent- assisting us with trades people, renovation ideas, all often outside normal working hours. People talk about the importance of the “4 P’s” in selling real estate, we think there’s 4 P’s to describe Madonna- “Personable, positive, persistent and passionate”. She possesses all of these qualities in abundance & needed to draw on all of them to achieve our goal.
