While Steve started in the lead to list the house, it was Mae who shined with her determination to understand the groups that attended the openings and tease out their interest and able to comfortably follow-up on any of their questions and requirements. No, we didn’t get the price the Stone’s Team suggested, however we were very close to our vender’s expectations. Close enough to come away with both the purchaser and vender satisfied.
