Steve Kourdis and Mae Chan formed a dynamic and cohesive team. There was never a doubt the home would sell … the question was only ‘at what price’. While Steve started in the lead to list the house, it was Mae who shined with her determination to understand the groups that attended the openings and tease out their interest and able to comfortably follow-up on any of their questions and requirements. From a venders point of view her communication skills and timeliness was extraordinarily good. 11 out of 10, if that’s possible!! Their marketing plans made a lot of sense, not over the top, with our negotiations very amicable. The Team got just over 10 contracts out, with 5 registered on the auction day. No, we didn’t get the price the Stone’s Team suggested, however we were very close to our vender’s expectations. Close enough to come away with both the purchaser and vender satisfied. Mae then excelled after the contracts were executed with all the loose ends that settlement required. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Stone Team to any prospective vender.
