The settlement process went smoothly as there were no delays for the valuation specialist and property inspectors to gain access to the property. On our final pre-settlement inspection, Mags was very excited for us and even provided us with some general suggestions and ideas for renovations from other homes she had seen. She also surprised us with some chocolates and a lovely orchid (coincidentally my favourite flower), a nice welcoming gesture on the settlement of our first home.
