Had a not bad experience though was lied to about regarding the rental appraisal. As it was a investment property I got told I could easily get between $500-$550 a week, then after I purchased a week later I was told I could get between $470-$490 which were both appraised by the same realtor. I was very unhappy with how I was lied too.
