Our journey of selling the property begun with a random call from another real estate agent. We then approached Fletcher Wyndham who has been our property manager since 2020. Then, Harpreet and Maggie Wang (Senior Property Consultant) have been constantly kept us informed with the progress. They were very responsive. It took only about 3-4 weeks for the property to formally go to the market. The property was renovated and staged; presented professionally in the market. Our family was very impressed.
