Magosia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of selling our house and even in being helpful with contacts for our needs with handyman services in preparing our house for sale. Nobody could have been more helpful. Magosia also kept our spirits up when there was little interest in our house and helped us to keep up our morale and kept up our resolve, some houses do not have a mass appeal and are therefore harder to sell I think ours was one of those.

We purchased a property back in May in which Magosia was the representative for. From the very outset, we found her excellent to deal with – warm, flexible, knowledgeable and generous with her time. Magosia arranged a private inspection (out of hours) after we weren’t able to attend the public open, and she was always forthcoming with communication, follow up and progress without being forceful or pressuring. From putting our offer in, being accepted and going through the contract phase, communication was clear and efficient and we always felt that we knew what was happening, what was required from us, and when. No stone was left unturned and we trusted the process that she was guiding us through. A standout thing to us, was how nicely Magosia bridged the gap between buyer and vendor. Quite often it’s a distant gap where the owners are often invisible in the background. However, she always talked about the vendors and referred to them by name so we instantaneously felt we knew them and we weren’t just buying a house, we were buying their family home. There’s a huge difference. Magosia has a gift of being warm, compassionate and “real" while always maintaining such a high level of professionalism.
