They say the only creatures that survive nuclear war are cockroaches, used car salespeople and real estate agents... (and not necessarily in that order...) BUT... this reflection, (based on mistrust and distain) is definitely out of place with Magosia! When it comes to handling the emotional and real market aspects of buying and selling property, I would trust no other agent as much as I have in the past and continue to trust, Magosia - hence why she has now sold a second property for me. (And I have requested to remain on her books as I search for yet another!)
