BUT... this reflection, (based on mistrust and distain) is definitely out of place with Magosia! When it comes to handling the emotional and real market aspects of buying and selling property, I would trust no other agent as much as I have in the past and continue to trust, Magosia - hence why she has now sold a second property for me. (And I have requested to remain on her books as I search for yet another!) When it came to the 'nuts and bolts' of how to proceed, I simply left it all in Magosia's capable hands in what has been quite a volatile and shifting market.
