A very good outcome
This has been our only home since we built it in 1968 and we were very anxious about the whole marketing and selling process. Fortunately Magosia had made herself known to us over a period of time and when we decided to sell she, with professional aplomb and tireless dedication, relieved us of the burden and worry and in short order had the place up for auction, and sold for a much higher price than we thought possible.
