Magosia helped the reviewer sell this property

Magosia was absolutely amazing: a true professional and expert

Magosia is an expert: her market knowledge, communication and professionalism are exceptional. At our first appointment she cane fully prepared with thorough figures and facts about the market place in our area, as well as a history of our house sales. She then patiently guided us every step of the way through all the stages of the sake: paperwork, compliance requirements (pool), photographs, interior decorating, design, repairs through to sale strategy, offers, building inspection and final sale negotiations, as well as post-sale preparation for handover on settlement day (window cleaning, carpet cleaning, gardening). She has a fantastic team of professionals for every aspect of home care (electrical, pools, plumbers etc) and an enormous knowledge of her field. She treats you as if you are her only client, even though you are one of many, and is completely invested in getting the best outcome, on your terms and conditions. She is patient and kind as she helps you navigate all the steps of the sale. She has fantastic communication skills and empathy. She truly is the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with in more than two decades of buying and selling and this has been the best sale from start to finish. It has been a pleasure to have Magosia look after our sale. I wish I could put her in my pocket and take her everywhere in life because she is such a pocket rocket: efficient, competent and lovely.
