Mahdi is a straight-up guy with really open and honest communication. Being a local he knows the area well and is full of advice and insight into the real estate market locally. He knows what's hot and what's not. I've never seen an agent represent both vendor and buyer so evenly, credibly and commercially (and I've bought and sold over a dozen properties both interstate and internationally). Mahdi is a pleasure to deal with.
