At first we thought it would be a breeze to sell right there and then at the auction, but it didn't finish as expected. Some potential buyers offered a number right after the auction, but She convinced us that it's not good enough. Although the property couldn't sale via auction, she is relentless when chasing up other buyers to close out the sale. Finally, we got more than we could, had we have settled at the auction. Since the first day we met Mai Le, she has demonstrated her deep knowledge of the market and set the our expectation for the price of our property. She is always professional.
