2020 has been a tough year. Everything is uncertain. Thebest choice we made was asking Mai to be our property sale agent. It only took 3 days from we signed a contract with her toour property being on the market. It only took 25 days for our property sold successfully.If you have sold a property before, you know how efficient her work is. If youhaven’t gone through the process, I can tell you the longer the property is onthe market, the more stressful days you will go through. Mai is a naturally gifted agent. She always has a gentle manner, calming, flexible and not pushing. She gives us updates and professional advice. She cheers us up when no one showed on some opening days. She encouraged us to be confident when we felt lost. The most important is we had a happy ending on the auction day.
