Don't trust this person's words. Take everything in writing. Had a very bad experience with Majid. He agreed to sell for a lower commission as we were selling at a loss, but charged us full amount at the end of the Sale. He denies making any such agreement with us. Our mistake was to not take it in writing and trust his words based on our 4 month long collaboration. This person seriously lacks moral ethics and calls you liars.
Majid is unlike any other agent I have dealt with. As a vendor’s agent, he obtained a really competitive selling price. A rental managing agent his team always ensured my property was leased at a fair price. He always thinks strategically at every turn and executes. I believe he obtained the best price possible under the circumstances. He has an amazing network of contacts that ensures he is able to attract prospective buyers and tenants. It’s like signing up with a large real estate franchise but receiving the dedicated service of a boutique. Usually I expect selling agents to play games and make crazy promises to “buy the listing” - but he was always upfront on what he thinks is possible and where money should be invested to get the best return. I’m happy to have worked with him.
