Mal helped the reviewer sell this property

Integrity.

Mal's approach to customer service is second only to his upfront nature and credibility in the local market, he is a long time well respected local who knows Lennox Head and the North Coast area well, we have no hesitation (and have) in recommending Mal as the preferred agent to go to.
