We just bought a property listed by Mal. Great guy to deal with as a purchaser. He is very upfront, open and direct which is what you want as a buyer. He secured a price well above reserve for the Vendor which says a lot about his ability (and/or maybe our negotiating skills!). If we ever sell we will use him.
