We have just recently sold our holiday house in Blairgowrie through Belle property Mal Mclnnes. Mal is a very professional real estate agent with an excellent knowledge of the local market . He is very organised, reliable, localIy respected agent with a very down to earth approach to selling houses. He has a can- do attitude and was most helpful in advising and recommending in the preparation of the house for the sale. He was most efficient and to be commended for the time and management of the campaign and communicated well with us throughout the sell which proved to be quick and effectively read. Great work Mal !

Had a great experience selling my home. Mal was friendly and knowledgeable. He provided great advice when required and was a great communicator.

Excellent agent with great local knowledge. Mal was able to achieve an impressive price for our property well above our initial expectations.

Mal gave good advice and worked hard. We were very pleased with the result, especially as were selling at a difficult time for agents and buyers in 2020.

Mal is reliable and straight forward.

We just bought a property listed by Mal. Great guy to deal with as a purchaser. He is very upfront, open and direct which is what you want as a buyer. He secured a price well above reserve for the Vendor which says a lot about his ability (and/or maybe our negotiating skills!). If we ever sell we will use him.

Recently using Mal's services, we found him to be very professional and willing to do what it took to close our sale. While it was a challenging time throughout our sales campaign, Mal did the extra miles and put in the additional time required to get the job done. Thanks for your help Mal.

Could not fault the experience at both ends some 15 years apart. Absolutely delighted with the support provided by Mal recently to assist with getting the property ready for sale and then a terrific campaign and outcome.

Mal successfully sold our rye property recently. We found him to be a great real estate agent. He is a good communicator, organiser and provides excellent service. We commend his integrity and his professional and friendly personality. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We recently purchased a holiday house from Mal during COVID lockdown. He was easy to deal with, accommodating and efficient. We did not feel pressured or taken advantage of.

Mal showed us a few homes and knows the area well. He's friendly and professional.

Mal was extremely personal and professional at the same time - we had a full and complete education of the area. If I were a vendor I would certainly choose Mal to be my agent.
