From our very first communication with Mal through to final sale and settlement he was always completely professional, available for discussions at any time via phone or email and giving helpful advice regarding preparing our property for sale. End result was a sale price far exceeding our expectations and another very satisfied customer. He has a friendly and pleasant manner, was always punctual and his follow-up with open house visitors was very good. We got the price we were looking for and were pleased with the service we received overall.
