Selling with Mal Pendo

Mal certainly knows the market, and his property appraisal was very accurate. His marketing plan was very professional as was they way he conducted his open homes and the additional viewings he organised. However we did feel that he didn't communicate as much as we thought he would, and the communication between us and the office/admin staff was often contrary to what Mal had said. All in all the process was satisfactory and we sold well.
