Unfortunately we purchased a house from one of the agents here (Malcom Tingey) He proved to be a liar time and time again in relation to the age, condition, and repairs/maintenace completed on the house. He was pushy, ensuring he could get to my fiancé while I was at work in order to have her sign paperwork without explaining to her what she was signing. But most of all, he was unorganised, incompetent, and negligent! An amount of 10K was lost due to his emails being supposedly compromised for a second time, which he admitted to in email yet made no effort to rectify after the first time this happened. He accepted no responsibility for this, had no insurance to cover this and didn't care that it was his fault. He then expected us to come up with another 10K as if it grew on a tree in our backyard. If you deal with this real estate agent, do your own research and ensure what he tells you is correct and not a fabrication in order to get a sale.
