This is the second time that I have dealt with Manaz and I Must say that he is exteremly professional and courteous in his dealings. Our house went for 644k which was 14 thousand over my expectation. He has good knowledge of the Wyndham Area and I must say he is 'The Agent' in the western suburbs.

Manaz Chauhan is a great guy, during the 14 year of living at our house we met Manaz while he was working within our area, despite saying no to him several times throughout the years, he always had the time to stop and say hello and catch-up on how things are going. When we finally decide to sell and move out we had several agents come over to present their options. Some were very pushy and some were very scripted, some agents didn’t offer anything but tried to close based on what the neighborhood sold at. When Manaz came into the equation we had had it with dealing with these people and demanded a higher than expected price for the sale of our house to which Manaz agreed to. We had several open house sessions to which Manaz was always early and setup on time. He consistently had potential buyers view our house and on odd occasions he scheduled additional viewings for buyers to come through which resulted in the successful buyer placing an offer. Manaz always kept us informed during this process and provided us with full and impartial feedback from prospective buyers (be it good, bad or indifferent). We were very excited we got the price we demanded and how Manaz followed through with the after sale process including releasing deposits and finalising the sale. We have no hesitation in recommending Manaz Chauhan to anyone and have since sought his further help here in Queensland with the purchase of our new house.
